Super Smiles works with all of the major and minor dental insurance companies and have in-network relationships with some of the major insurers including:

We will work with you and your insurance provider to ensure you receive all of your benefits under your policy. If you do not see your insurance provider on this list, it is not a problem. What if I don’t have insurance?
No Insurance? No Problem! Sign up with our Office Membership Plan and get the dental treatment you need.
How Much does it cost? $450 per person per calendar year
What are the benefits? The yearly membership includes:
- 2 Exams
- 2 regular cleanings (excluding periodontal treatments and maintenance) *
- 2 Fluoride treatments
- Xrays as needed (excluding panoramic xrays and 3D scans)
- 2 Emergency visits
- 15% discount off any dental work
*If periodontal disease is present, additional cleanings, gum treatment and expenses may be required. Patient enrolled may receive 15% off the regular fees for any additional treatment needed
